An urgent parking issue has been brought to our attention at the Townhomes at Northridge Trails.
The alley between the townhome garages is designated Fire Lane and Emergency Access ONLY! Parking in this area is prohibited, including the driveway aprons (private garage access) of every garage door.
Vehicles parked in designated Fire Lanes and Emergency Access areas pose interference with Fire and Medical Emergency Responders, HOA Residents, HOA contracted services, specifically (not limited to), snow and trash removal services.
Additional parking is available between buildings 6601 and 6605 as well as on W 4th Street Road.

VEHICLES PARKED IN THIS ZONE CAN BE TOWED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING AT THE EXPENSE OF THE VEHICLE OWNER.
