Snow Removal Services: Looks like snow may finally be heading our way! Snow removal services are started after the storm has passed and if there is 2+ inches of accumulation on sidewalks. City Center West Metro District clears common area sidewalks and trails, Owners are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalk in front of and adjacent to the home. The City of Greeley clears snow on the public roads. Please remember the inherent risks associated with winter weather in Colorado. Exercise caution when walking outside during icy or snowy conditions. See below for map of snow removal areas within the District.
