Snow removal services are started after the storm has passed and if there is 2+ inches of accumulation on sidewalks. City Center West Metro District clears common area sidewalks and trails. The District also removes snow around the mailbox areas within the community. This is not reflected on the snow removal map, but is completed by the District.
Owners are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalk in front of and adjacent to the home. This must be completed within 24 hours of the completion of the storm.
