City Center West Residential Metropolitan District No 2

Dear Residents,

The City Center West Metro District would like to provide an update regarding landscape maintenance within the community.

At this time, the District will not be replacing mulch this year. Instead, existing mulch will be fluffed and redistributed to address areas where it has washed out or been displaced by wind.

Additionally, the District has begun converting select mulch areas around the townhomes to rock. This initiative will continue over the next several years as part of ongoing efforts to improve durability and reduce maintenance needs within the community.
