The City Center West Metro District is assisting Hartford Homes in communicating the following important information to the residents of the community.
We want to share the news that Hartford Homes has made the decision to exit the Northridge Trails Community, as Declarant and Builder, and transfer ownership of the remaining lots to Journey Homes.
Hartford Homes will be working closely with the District during this transition for a seamless transition.
City Center West Residential Metropolitan District No 2 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, City Center West Residential Metropolitan District No 2
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
