All fences within the District are required to be stained. All homes are required to use Sherwin Williams Tycoon Brown (SW2209.) All fences in the District must be stained by 05/15/2024. City Center West Residential Metropolitan District No 2 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, City Center West Residential Metropolitan District No 2
